Training OfficerJason Hoevelmann is a Firefighter/Paramedic and the Training Officer for the Florissant Valley Fire Protection District. As the Training Officer, Jason is responsible for the overall administration and management of the department's training division, and reports directly to the Fire Chief. Jason is an adjunct instructor for the St. Louis County Fire Academy and a state-certified Fire Officer II. Jason has an associate degree in paramedic science and a bachelor's degree in fire service administration from Eastern Oregon University. Jason is a state advocate for the Everyone Goes Home initiative and a member of the International Society of Fire Service Instructors.
