No Cooking On Decks

The International Fire Code states in Sections 307.5 and 307.5.1, that the use of any charcoal burning, other open flame, and liquefied-petroleum-gas-fueled (propane) cooking devices shall not be operated on combustible (wood) balconies or within 10 feet of combustible (wood) construction.
